A well-focused and exhaustive databank of pre-screened
CVs of professionals from the engineering Industry is available. This repository
is complemented by the recruiting expertise of the SHRDS professionals. This enables
PI to mobilize specialists as per client specifications in the shortest possible
time.

Good word of mouth, especially through
candidates placed earlier.
Advertisements placed in Newspaper,
jobsites.
Curriculum Vitae's available through
Jobsites.
Recruiters have their
own Network for

the Resources are not available through Database they are obtained by means of
Executive Search through selected organization.
Types of Placement
To cater to the needs of the industry Procon India
provides fixed time deputation as well as one-time placements of professionals
to clients all over the globe.
Time and Money (T & M)
Time and Money is, where, according to
the client's requirement candidates are placed at Clients side. In this case the
candidates are on PI's payroll.
Permanent Placement
Permanent Placement is where the candidates are on client's assignment/ payroll.
